
The Wimmera CMA staff is structured as follows:
The Executive is responsible for the organisation as a whole and reports directly to the Board.
Staff are employed in four business units:
Corporate
Community Engagement
Catchment Operations
Planning and Assessment
Under the leadership of the Chief Executive, staff are responsible for implementing the policies and goals established by the Board.
