If you require information regarding a property’s potential for flooding, you can request this by completing our online Flood Advice form
We will respond to you with a written letter providing details of whether your property is subject to flooding and to what extent.

Overlays and planning permits
Councils typically handle planning permits, and as such, they should be your first point of contact.
Councils will refer your application to us for advice on the permit implications with respect to flooding.

If you are considering using VicSmart planning permit application, you may need qualified information from Wimmera CMA.
Use the

VicSmart Application form (word) to supply the correct details for us to give you the appropriate information for your councils consideration in your application.
