Corporate Graduate

Location: Horsham
Salary: $67,148 p.a.

We are seeking a seeking a motivated grad eager to learn about and contribute to all aspects of a business to join its vibrant and modern workplace.

The purpose of this role is to join the Corporate team and develop skills to enable flexibility to work across different areas of the corporate part of the business.

The successful applicant will have their own areas of responsibility; and also work with to be able to support all areas of the program during peak work loads and periods of leave.

We are looking for someone with initiative; high level of attention to detail with the ability to think strategically and solve problems.  Most importantly, they need to appreciate the importance of a positive workplace culture and the value of teamwork.

This position is the ideal opportunity to learn about our business from the ground up and play an important role in the future of our organisation  with the opportunity for an ongoing position at the conclusion of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Corporate Graduate, you’ll rotate through key areas of our corporate operations, including:

  • Finance & budgeting
  • Human resources & payroll
  • Administrative services & board support
  • IT systems & digital tools
  • Social media & website updates
  • Landholder contract support
  • You’ll also gain exposure to our Statutory & Strategy and Delivery teams, giving you a holistic view of how we manage land, water, and biodiversity in the Wimmera region.
