Joint Water and Fishing Forum
On Wednesday July 31 from 6pm to 9pm, Wimmera CMA and Victorina Fisheries Authority (VFA) are hosting a joint meeting at Horsham Angling Club – Dixon Drive. A light supper and refreshments will be available during the event.
The forum will include two sessions:
- 6-7pm – water resources and water for the environment outlooks.
- 7-9pm – Victorian Fisheries Authority – fishing and boating.
Items on the agenda include:
- GWM Water providing an update on the water- resource situation across the region.
- Wimmera CMA water for the environment deliver and monitoring results.
- Presentation on Wimmera CMA fish projects occurring in the catchment.
Following a brief break VFA will present on recreational fishing and boating in the Wimmera.
