The nature of floods

Wimmera CMA is speaking to various people in the region about what the floods mean to them as part of The Wimmera’s flowing tale – the nature of floods.

First up, Dean Lawson speaks to Bob McIlvena, who for many years oversaw Wimmera-Mallee water management, to get his insight into the nature of Wimmera floods. Bob has spent his lifetime recording the history of water in the region and is writing a new publication detailing the history of floods.
